Our research group studies nano-carbon device, especially graphene device, for next-generation electronics application. We are trying to extract the inherently high potential of graphene in electron devices, based on the understanding of the physical properties of nano-carbon materials. Other 2-dimensional materials, h-BN, MoS₂ and so on, are also studied in our lab.
